Restoration and Preservation work
This rare RHD Porsche was supplied and registered in Northern Ireland by Porsche agent Isaac Agnew. COI 6 was one of the earliest of Irish Rally Porsches, competing in the 1971 Circuit of Ireland.
We were delighted to have the opportunity to restore the bodyshell and rebuild the engine, transmission and suspension, yet preserve the almost totally original, surviving interior.
Whilst it was important to remove isolated areas of corrosion, special efforts were made to retain as much patina as possible to preserve the character of this previously hard-working Porsche rally car.
