The most modern cars competing in an F.I.A. historic racing series, with five rounds held at some of the most famous circuits in Europe, organised by Peter Auto. The sudden rise in popularity of Endurance Racing Legends represents both the love for this golden era of endurance racing and a nod to Patrick Peter, the organiser having largely contributed to the history of these cars on the very same circuits, both in the 1990s with the BPR (Barth-Peter-Ratel) then in the 2000s with the Le Mans Series.

The grid is intended for 1990s and 2000s GT1 cars, such as the Porsche 911 GT1, Ferrari F40 LM and 550 Prodrive, McLaren F1 GTR, Aston Martin DBR1, GT2 icons such as the Porsche 993 GT2, 996 RSR, 997 RSR, Chrysler Viper GTS-R, and Ferrari 360 to F430 GTC, plus of course prototypes such as the iconic Audi R8 LMP, Ferrari 333SP and Bentley Speed 8.

Maxted-Page now prepare and maintian numerous type Porsche race engines and gearboxes for cars competing within the series and also prepare and support Lee Maxted-Page who competes in the series with a 2008 Porsche 997 RSR.
